This is a very preliminary review as I’ve only had it for a month and from what I understand, it can take several weeks or more to really notice a difference. What I can say is that it is packaged in a very sturdy and attractive box. The only thing in the box is the mask itself, a charging cable, and a black satin drawstring storage bag. There are some very basic instructions. It has on off switch that also allows you to cycle through the various color options. There is not really a description of what each color is supposed to do for you, but if you want to dive in deeper, you can do a generalized research on this type of product and see what other manufacturers explain about their masks. The one thing I’m disappointed with so far is that the adjustable strap that wraps around your head to hold the mask in place is mildly defective. One side of where it attaches has come loose and I can’t use the Velcro type closure on that side and adjust it there. It is still usable, but this unfortunately took place the first time I tried to adjust the strap on that side and had I paid for the mask. I would have been quite unhappy that this happened so soon. As it is, I slip the mask on without adjusting the mask strap and make the best of it. It is not uncomfortable to wear for the 10 to 20 minutes that is recommended. I use it every day and I am hoping that it will help me with my rosacea which I was only diagnosed with at the beginning of the year. Red light therapy is supposed to be helpful And along with some medication and other strategies prescribed by my doctor. I am hoping to see some measurable improvement over the next several months. If I’m able to, I will come back and modify update this review but at the moment this is the status that I can share so far.
